WORK

Things I've built.

I build with intention — fewer projects, higher standards, longer time horizons. A coaching studio, and the operating system that runs it.

State of Fitness

Founder & Head Coach

An appointment-only personal training studio in South Yarra, Melbourne, built on the principle that coaching should be precise, personal, and results-driven. Now one of Melbourne's leading boutique training facilities, with a team of six university-qualified coaches and every member known by name.

Professional OS

Custom CRM · Client app · AI coaching layer

The operating system I run the practice on — and it started with one idea: relentless ownership. When something goes wrong in the gym, it's almost always on me — I didn't explain it well enough or give enough context. Everything stems from owning that: high communication with the team, how we deliver every product and service, and the standard we hold.

COVID forced me to slow down and streamline — endless mind maps, mapping the entire customer journey, refining every touchpoint, putting the team first so that care trickles down to every member. That discipline became software: automations and workflows across our CRM (GoHighLevel) and operations end to end.

AI has magnified all of it— tools that make data digestible, present, and genuinely useful for me and the team, and that keep expanding what we can build. Learning the system architecture behind it led me to a postgraduate certificate in business analytics — and, most likely, a master's in AI & business analytics next. Built with Next.js, Supabase, and the Anthropic API.

Personal site & writing

This site — designed and built from scratch with Next.js, Tailwind, Framer Motion, WebGL (Three.js), and content-collections. A retro-futurist playground that doubles as the home for my writing. Yes, there's a working game of Pong on the home page.
